The fastest way to receive technical support is to send us email at:

Please include the following information so we may serve you better:

  • Platform (CPU, Ram).

  • Operating system version (MacOS Windows NT/2000).

  • Version of FileMaker Pro being used.

  • What button was clicked or what menu item chosen that resulted in the error.

  • The wording of any error dialogs received.

We respond to most technical support email within 24 hours -- and our goal is to respond within 6 hours.
